Walking the talk of our purpose and values is something we hold sacred and take seriously. For this reason, we have set a high standard of having more than just satisfied residents – we have residents whose happiness has been enriched. This means that on a typical 5-point satisfaction scale - we strive for five. It is our hope that this has been your experience with Bickford, but if it hasn’t, please let us know what we must do to reach this for you.
Each year Bickford sends out a comprehensive resident Happiness Survey evaluating all aspects of your Bickford experience. To see if we are making progress of improving your overall happiness, we’ve been checking in monthly with a one question survey (text messages for families and comment cards for residents). It’s time, once again, for your participation in the annual comprehensive survey. Your feedback allows us to focus on improving the areas that matter the most to you.
